Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Processing may take 5-7 business days.

Refunds are made in the form of store credit or bank transfer. Exchanges are possible for size or color changes if stock is available.

Return Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 99 applies to all orders. Free Shipping: Orders over PKR 5000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
